The chapter committee has a room near Liverpool Street booked for the evening of the 19th of March, with space for about 70. We have two 40-minute slots and a shorter open-floor session before drinks.
Suggestions so far are job evaluation for equal value claims, reward for AI and data roles, and salary sacrifice pension changes. I would sooner hear from members than guess. Tell us what you want covered, and if you would present your own organisation's experience for fifteen minutes, say so. Practitioner case studies always score better in the feedback than outside speakers.

A vote for equal value. We have been watching the equal pay claims in retail closely, and my leadership keeps asking whether our store and warehouse roles are exposed. A session on running a defensible job evaluation across very different job families would be worth the train fare from Reading on its own.
