We are a mainboard-listed logistics group in Singapore putting a new performance share plan to shareholders next April. The old plan allowed up to 15% of issued shares over its ten year life, which is the listing rule ceiling, though we only ever used 3.2%.
Two institutional holders have said they will vote against anything above 10%. Management would like to keep the full 15% for flexibility.
Has anyone recently taken a plan to a vote here, and what limit did you settle on?
