2027 study: draft questionnaire

Section C still mixes two things: whether an organisation has run an analysis, and whether it used regression. In last year's data 31 percent said they had run an analysis but could not describe the method. I would split it into two questions and offer plain descriptions of each approach, because respondents are often HR generalists and not analysts.

I am sorry to see the organisation questions cut so far. Without sector and headcount band we cannot produce the cuts members ask for; the most downloaded table last year was results by employer size. Could we keep those two and the region question? That adds perhaps a minute and saves the usefulness of the report.

Twenty-two minutes is still long. Abandonment last year was heaviest at the question asking for actual gap figures, which people had to go and look up. Could we send that question in advance with the invitation, so they arrive with the numbers? I will pilot with a colleague in our Dublin office, which tests the non-US wording too.
