Charter
The Program Committee selects the sessions, speakers and workshops for the Total Rewards 2027 conference. It reviews every proposal against the conference themes, balances the programme across disciplines and regions, and recommends the keynote line-up to the association. The committee meets monthly from October to May, and members review about fifteen proposals each.
