Is anyone using AI tooling for pay equity analysis yet?

Vendors are pitching us hard on AI-assisted pay equity analysis. My instinct is that the statistics here are well understood and the hard part is data quality and judgement.

We evaluated two. Both were competent at the regression and neither helped with the part that actually takes the time, which is reconciling job data across systems.
