Our fintech in Singapore, about 400 people, has created a family of 'product analytics leads'. They own a product area's roadmap and also build the models and dashboards behind it. There are 14 of them and more coming.
Neither survey we take part in has a match I would put above 70%. Product manager benchmarks come out around 18% higher than senior analyst benchmarks at the same level, so the choice matters a great deal.
Do you blend, pick the dominant half, or do something else? And how do you document it so the next analyst understands what was done?

We blend, but only when the split is stable and at least 30% on the smaller side. The weights come from a short questionnaire to the manager about where time and accountability sit, not from the job title. For a similar role we ended at 60% product, 40% analytics. Every blended match gets a one-line note in the pricing file: the two survey codes, the weights, who agreed them and the date. Without that it is unrepeatable the following year.
