A summary of our meeting on the 18th of September is below; the full notes are in the committee folder. Seven of nine members attended.
We agreed the five conference themes, confirmed the proposal deadline and the two-reviewer rule, and set a ceiling of 64 concurrent sessions across eight tracks. We also agreed that no organisation should have more than two sessions on the programme. A dedicated track for early-career attendees was left open.
Actions: I circulate the scoring form, two volunteers draft the keynote longlist, and staff confirm room capacities. Please reply with corrections by Friday, after which I will mark these as approved.

One correction. The minutes say we agreed a limit of two sessions per organisation. My recollection is that we agreed two per organisation as lead presenter, and that panel appearances would not count. It matters because several large employers supply panellists across tracks. Could the wording be adjusted, or should we settle it properly in October?
